At SERENEDE, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium denim and streetwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process for your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
